A Spirited Away hoop I made for a Christmas present! This is at least 30 hours of work and an ungodly number of french knots!

This is sooo beautiful wow!! One of my favorite all time movies. Do you draw right onto the fabric before you stitch or do you use some kind of transfer paper in the process, if you don’t mind my asking?
Thank you!! I usually just sketch a rough outline onto the fabric with a regular pencil, then refer back to a reference image while I stitch to keep it tidy!

it’s a flexible plastic hoop! They’re pretty widely available and are really handy for a tidy frame with the metal hook at the top for hanging!
