Husband and I are looking to buy a house. We looked at this house tonight and it checks all our boxes except for...the cracks. We are trying to decide if it’s worth putting an offer in and then paying a structural engineer to inspect or if we should just save ourselves the time and headache.

Is this kinda hole in the faucet normal? I’ve been dealing with ants and my pest control company told me to cover the hole. Told my land lord and he said the hole is normal in case the bath overflows. I’ve never noticed a hole like this in previous places I lived.
