Does he think hydrophobic surfaces are literally scared of water?
They literally are tho didn't you pay attention is €#@&_ology
Aside from not being able to read this fucking lobster, I saw a post in r/rareinsults of a guy saying to someone “you are not homophobic, you are homo(something), you are scared of being gay” and I can’t remember the insult
... but they are scared.
Some people are just shit.
Some people are legitimately afraid.
Maybe that level of ignorance is difficult to conceptualize, but some of them are actually afraid. They fear for what will happen to their free and American society if homosexuality becomes acceptable. They are actually like this. They are scared of what is different. They will rationalize it a different way, because fear is looked down upon, but still, they are afraid.
Thank you. There are scaredy cat men out there who legit are afraid that a guy is going to rape them just because he is attracted to other guys. I’ve had to tell people before that rape isn’t about attraction or sex, it’s about taking someone’s power for yourself. You do not have to find someone attractive to rape them. You just have to be that fucked up on the head to think that your sick desires are more important than another person’s life.
I’ve also told a guy that he doesn’t have to worry about gay people, because no one in the world would find him attractive.
Its not fear, its disgust
im not scared of them, they are scared of me \*cocks gun\*
Homophobia isn't fear of gay people, it's a prejudice against them
Phobias are also usually defined as hate, so it’s not only like they FEAR, they do hate on others
Well, they kind of are afraid of them. That's why they are assholes.
Yeah but if they’re homophobic we can call them cowards because they’re scared of us, like I broke my hand and you think I’m scary? Coward
Yeah it's the same as with transphobes.
"Yes, flee before me, a woman with no fashion sense who will probably cry if you raise your voice. Truly I am a force of terror!"
A phobia can also be an extreme aversion to something, it’s not just a fear.
In a way that is also fear. Not dread in something scary or terrific, but anxiety over a deviant outcome.
Depends. Both fear and hate can be caused by how a person feels insecure about something
No. You are based
Ok but a phobia is a strong fear, dislike, or aversion to something, language also isn’t concrete and the word homophobia has come to mean a dislike of hatred of gay people.
I and many others find hating on homophobes hilarious
