Looks like an Apache?
damn is it??
The hanging dice are awesome
They sell them at disney world for $15 or $20 I can’t remember but they’re really cool
Real talk - I seriously love that people like you get to live out something awesome like this. Being a pilot was always a life long dream of mine ever since I watched a New Hope and being fascinated by X-Wings.
Unfortunately having awful eyesight and other things have barred me from living such a dream. But I am genuinely happy that you get to enjoy it. I'll just fly the Apache when it comes out on DCS :P
Stay safe out there! I
Hey brother, had bad vision and an astigmatism all my life. Becoming a pilot was a dream I gave up in my childhood, until I met a pilot overseas with glasses and an astigmatism. I had to have my eyes evaluated three times for the astigmatism, then got in with a waiver! Don’t ever sell yourself short.
Ahh the good ole AH-64 Apache CPG cockpit
The dice are a nice touch
I hate war and how it ruins so many lives.
But god damn I love military aviation.
In the same boat, exept also with tanks, ships, guns, and other various military equipment, shame something so cool is used for such horror
Everyone is talking about dice and the shadow and here I am thinking about zipping down this river must be like the trench run.
X wing cool and all but... Apache...
Maybe my favorite aircraft.
Coolest thing I’ve seen all day
This is such a cool photo!
You can be my wingman anytime
Bullshit, you can be mine
Nice to see a fellow x-wing owner taking their ship out for a spin!
The xwing shadow is a nice touch
A nice touch? It's literally the point of the picture...
Can you bullseye some wamp-rats in that thing?
That is awesome. Feel like if I was a pilot it would always brighten my day.
I have those dice hanging up in my car!

All wings report in!
How does it feel flying for the Empire
Serious question. We know the Hueys, depending on the factory shift chief, came preloaded with a few different songs, the obvious choice being obvious.
Did Apaches get the Ride of the Valkyries module they deserve so much more?
I mean... The Army didn't start using Apaches until 1984, and Never gonna give you up came out in 1987...
Imperial TIE pilot thinks he's a rebel.
Soldiers of the Empire think their the good guys. Rofl
Am I the only one who never thought that the dice were that important since they were never any type of focal point of the original movies like the training ball Luke used for saber techniques and such?
I like how it was Luke's last gift to his sister. "Yeah, these were Hans. They reminded him of the girl before you!"
Hey all, thanks for the love! Had no idea this would blow up, tons of great content out there today. Love aviation and love star wars, figured it would be cool to mash the two together with a little photoshop action! Glad my efforts were enjoyed!
The dice/shadow: I know they’re Solo’s but a Falcon shadow just wasn’t going to be recognizable enough. Plus the Apache is a tandem style cockpit, most similar to an X-Wing.
To all my crew chiefs out there: Dice were placed for the photo and then secured; don’t worry, no one is staying late to tear this bad girl apart to find them lol.
Dude, I love this. I've got several military in my family who are Star Wars fans and they loved it. Best thing I've seen today by a parsec
I sure did love y’all when we needed to call in CAS.
I'll bet X-Wing pilots think about the Apache. Warms my soul to see those dice hanging in such a machine!
I'm watching Solo right now!
Ok, that’s super cool! Take me with you?! 😍
👆🏻she deserves it
When your cake day is may the 4th 😎
Cake day brothers!
Cheers. I have those dice in my cars.
Eww one of those tsd on the right people
For a minute I thought this was from that Rouge Squadron game but I couldn't place what mission it was lmao. Dope pic OP
You sure it doesn't feel like a TIE?
Ahhh this shot makes me feel good things, I love it. I got into flying because I was so enamoured with X-Wings as a little kid. Well, okay, maybe it was a combination of Star Wars and Talespin (I work as a float pilot now lol.)
That’s f**king sick. Haha. Absolutely love this to the fullest. Keep the imagination train flowing my man!
This is rad, but if you really wanna get OG, Han Solo's original set is just a pair of regular dice painted gold.
Outstanding!!! I envy you. I always wanted to fly choppers.

Graphics in these Star Wars games have come a long way since X-Wing Alliance.
this is beautiful I love it, I also love your little dice
The dice... nice touch.
May the 4th be with you!
May the 4th be with you BigDaddy
That is epic man, and thank you for your service!
The army apaches used the area where my sister lives to train. It was during the height of the War in Afghanistan. I heard they used to use motorcycles to practice pursuing as that was the vehicle of choice for the taliban.
I remember riding along minding my own business and glancing my rear view mirrors to see an apache following me over a hill. My little 125cc had zero chance and I was swiftly (I assume) shot to death.
Tbf, I doubt my XJ600 that I owned years later would have put up better resistance. That chopper was quick.
For half a second this was the biggest Mindfuck I’ve ever experienced
You out of Ellington? Say hey to Pracht if so!
THATS SO COOL! I really want that for my car now
Woah wait hold on what
Imagine being shot down by an Apache with golden dice in the interior
Somewhere out there, a maintainence chief just had an aneurysm seeing shiny FOD in a picture
Nice try, millitary recruiter.
Are you sure you're allowed to be posting what's on that display?
I thought visual screens of active military aircraft were all classified.
Appreciate the concern, but there’s nothing sensitive there, just a vfr sectional.
Glad you love it, friend. But you fly for the Empire.
May the 4th be with us all.
Type May the 4th be with you in Google for a surprise!
So folks are born made to wave the flag
Who flys the tie fighter?!?
May the 4th be with you! This is the May!
What are you flying?
Happy 4th everyone!
Well done Jedi
You better not leave those fucking dice in some weird place and get me a QA fail. And no if I find them I’m not returning them -love a 60 CC
Love the gold dice lol
Goddamn the Apache is just cool as fuck looking.
Just like Beggar’s Canyon back home...
I have those exact same dice in my car. Fastest pilot in the galaxy!
Is that shadow ... an X wing?
That’s freakin’ awesome.
I have the same dice hanging on my rear view mirror!
I just noticed the shadow on the water.. that's awesome! Haha
Star Wars is an American epic space opera franchise, created by George Lucas and centered around a film series that began with the eponymous 1977 movie.
