My stepdad had two ranch dogs who were mother and daughter. The mother had been kicked in the head (she worked cattle. A cow kicked her) at some point and while she was not violent, she could be unpredictable and tended to be in the way of tractors and vehicles. So she was penned up unless she was working the cattle or someone was there to supervise her.
When the family was cooking food and was giving out treats to the dogs, the daughter dog would take the treat, go out to where her mom was, give mom the treat and then come back for her own. Without fail. Sweetest thing I ever saw.
No one is going to believe this but I swear it is true. My parents had a box of stale donuts so my dad was giving half donuts to the dogs as a treat. The bloodhound hadn't gotten up out of bed yet (my dad is an early riser and the bloodhound likes staying in with my mom until she gets up) and the golden gets her half and heads into the other room so dad followed her. She gave the donut to the bloodhound and then looked at dad like "can I get my donut now?" Good golden got her donut.
Then there is my dog that will fake being hurt and limp to people that don't know her. I walk up. "Oh is she OK". I grab all her paws and check in then she runs off. They stand in shock, like that just happened.
She doesn't though. There is a string attached, look at the way it moved. This clip is vintage.
Your correct observation has destroyed my newfound faith in caninity.

Thanks, I needed that after reading the awful "truth" about the vid.
People : complimenting the dog Dog : ***michael scott handshake***
This post is also fake there is a string attached to the biscuit, and how is it perfectly cut in half??
The biscuit is sharing itself
Fake as fuck
These dogs should go pro in acting
Did the dog use a knife to split the biscuit? Or do you think they usee their thumbs to snap it?
This is so fake, look at how it moves 6 seconds in
The dog's [tongue](https://i.imgur.com/7tFGPZW.jpg) flicked it.
The dog is pushing the biscuit with the FORCE. How awesome.

This was easier to see when this gif was higher resolution (before it was reposted a ton of times).
Booo! Take my downvote. And give that pup doggy cake to make up for the lies.
Fiction, but so was Old Dan bringing Little Ann a biscuit in "Where the Red Fern Grows."
I'm impressed that it is exactly half, as if she measured it out
That's because it's fake.
This is so cute! Wish I had a free award to give!!
Fiiiine. Here you go
I’m watching this and I have a theory. It looks like the biscuit is attached to string. Now, what to call my theory?
STRING THEORY!!
*comrade dog*
If you play it backwards the other dog spits up the cookie and the dog slowly steals it.
Better than my kids
It's fake. The biscuit is pulled by a string towards the other dog
How can people say that animals dont have souls or comprehend emotions?
Dogs make the best people!
See dogs know how to share, the world needs more of this!
Ahhh how sweet!!
A dog begging for food from another dog
Awww that was soooo nice

Aww
A generous pupper.
Aww
My libertarian friend says the puppy on the right surely has an ulterior motive.
Sometimes I feel like dogs are the one reminding us not to act like animals.
That's so sweet 😭😭😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤
Take this poor mans heart ❤️ award

Very polite dog.

Animals being bros. Love that he split it perfectly.
Puppy is trying to get the approval of big brother
Sharing is caring
Nice
So many feels!
Is one of the feels the feeling you get when someone dupes you in a fairly obvious way?
Like when you get your change and only realize later it was Monopoly money?
That kind of feel?
What a darling soul ❤️😚
A dog of kindness
This is the first time I've seen a dog share a treat. This is too cute!
its fake...
Fat shit
Any dog owner can tell you that sharing food like that is simply not something dogs do.
I was today years old when I realized we don’t deserve doggies 😩

Hate to break it to you but it’s fake, there is a string on the cookie that pulls it away from the dog
We don’t deserve dogs.
Nor do we deserve fake video's.
That is the sweetest thing!!!! Why can’t humans behave like that?

Here you go I share with you
We not gonna talk about how the dog just ate the string with the biscuit... did they pull the biscuit out of his mouth after? 😂😅
There's no string...
that is so contrary to a dog's basic nature that i think there there must be a highly evolved spirit within that dog's body. i call them angel dogs.
its a pretty cool philosophical concept called "string theory"
