Mature tomcats are aggressive towards other cats, spray urine constantly to mark their territory, and disappear for weeks at a time where they roam their territory for miles.
They always come home filthy and wounded and every female with miles is pregnant. Nurturing them at a certain age will prevent this behavior.

I took a stray kitten into my home when I saw, she was continuously being attacked by another big male cat, she was hurt I took care of her for 1 year, and then we had to go out for 4 month so I gave my cat to my neighbor, apparently they were giving her more expensive food than I used to gave her, and now when I am back home, its almost like the cat doesn't even recognize me. She won't come near me nor my home and won't even let me touch her, I tried that she took notice of me by giving her food, but would just eat the food and go back to my neighbor again, and on the other hand there was one stray dog, who i only used to give some biscuits and when he saw me he was soo hapy that he almost cried for 5 minutes. I don't know about you guys but I am gonna pet only a dog from now. No more cats.

Partly because of stray cat population, and cats LOVE murdering things, sometimes not even for food but for fun so entire bird species went extinct because of that.
Partly because it's easier to deal with them that way as they do not mark their territory as much during the heat as well as run away to get sum fuk.
