Baki the grappler, the one on the middle is 17. Nothing says normal teen like winning an underground fight ring that typically ends in death or disfigurement.
Yeah, teens like this exist, but that doesn’t mean it’s unrealistic, asta is like 4 foot and has the body of a Egyptian god, and Jotaro is like 6’3 at 16 and has the same body build as his grandfather
My issue with anime isn’t the way girls look unrealistic, it’s that they often only have one of five personalities: the cutesy/sexy waifu, the scary stoic badass, the scary stoic badass who turns into the cutesy waifu, the annoying emotional over-the-top high-pitched whiner, or the perfect Mary Sue. Or some combination.
Male characters often fit into a trope too though. And it’s not just anime that relies on flat characters sometimes.
Side note: if anyone has recommendations for anime with interesting and dynamic female and male characters, I’m all ears.
How dare those men be so strong!!! It's almost as if they're artificial characters used to portray a story in a more interesting/dramatic way!! This is unacceptable! /s
Memes!
A way of describing cultural information being shared.
An element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation.
The guy in the middle looks like he has at least 900 bones
That’s where he gets his power from
my friend showed me a video of some anime guy licking a cherry
That guy was also 17 y/o
I still remember someone at school saying “why is Jotaro so unnaturally buff”
bc jojo part 1-3 is shonen
Tbh I would say it makes sense for asta. Dudes been doing push-ups since he could stand
And squats
literally a 17 yr old teen beating the shit out of everything, including an immortal vampire with rivaling power and the power to stop time
Yare Yare daze
What anime does the pic on the right come from
JoJo
I keep forgetting Jotaro (right) is 17 in part 3
He is

Jotaro kujoh on the right beats the shit out of his great great uncle in the 80s
i see some BLACK CLOVERRR
ASTAAAAA
How old is Jotaro smh my head
In that pic he’s 17
That feeling after going to the gym once...
I like how asta and the other guy are flexing, while jotaro just exists
And Jotaro is also 195 cms tall at the age of 17.
They always have such big penises, like stop I'm already insecure enough
Wut
Asta really does defy the laws of the human body, except Jotaro kinda inherits abs chiseled out of marble cuz Joestar Genes (up until part 4 at least)
The thing is that the guy in the middle is one of the less ripped people in his anime
Wait, how old is jojo?
In part 3 (this picture) he’s 17. part 4 he’s 29. part 5 he’s 31. part 6 he’s 41.
Jotaro is 193 and can barely walk through doorframes.
Everyone in Part 3 had shoulders the size of truck tyres, damn.
I'm imagining ash ketchum looking like this
I need to hit the gym RIGHT NOW to look like Jotaro
Wait, you guys *don’t* have 32 packs???
I don’t know what your talking about I’ve *definitely* met teens who look like that lol
Yeah, teens like this exist, but that doesn’t mean it’s unrealistic, asta is like 4 foot and has the body of a Egyptian god, and Jotaro is like 6’3 at 16 and has the same body build as his grandfather
Wait y’all don’t look like that?
first guy can be real , 2nd and 3rd ones can be too but like late 19's
Nah fam, middle pic, Baki The Grappler, is a high school Junior.
Look up Myles Garret high school picture... it's actual not haha
Why does the middle one have cracks
He's covered in scars
Bruh now i gotta work out
chad from bleach
Tbh if your comparing yourself to a drawing you must be pretty low on the self esteem scale

What chu mean. I look like that in the mirror
Oh boi asta looking good. To bad the new one is even better
Wait Jojo is a teenager?
You mean men are not like that in real life?!?! Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!1
kinda weird how anime is like Nickelodeon in that it’s full of clearly 30 year olds portraying teens
How dare those men be so strong!!! It's almost as if they're artificial characters used to portray a story in a more interesting/dramatic way!! This is unacceptable! /s
Inosuke is 13 and is fuckin ripped
I dunno man, looks pretty real to me
I mean fat tits and big bootys in short clothes are real too. :D that is not the point
Anime is not meant to be realistic smh
What anime is the middle one from?
Baki on Netflix

Beginning of the show: \[ \] Middle: \[ \] End: \[ \]

In the boxing anime, ippo fights at 120lbs but is buff so he looks like he weighs 220 lol it's annoying
JOTARO LOOKS OLDER IN PART 3 THAN IN OTHER PARTS. WTF?
To be fair, Asta trials to a fucking batshit insane degree.
Baki my beloved

Males in anime will all look like powerlifting world champions nothing less.
👀Old dudes watching Baki
