Our sidebar is very short. Give it a read to avoid breaking a rule and having your post removed.

**EVERY POST MUST HAVE A CLAIM OF NICENESS**. The literal words "I am a nice guy" do not have to be used, but it needs to be at least implied. Then the claim of niceness should get paired with one of these things:

* Hypocrisy: the man may claim niceness but exhibits shitty behaviour, being nasty, or boorish, or even misogynistic. A classic example is the guy who messages a girl saying "give me a chance! I'm nice!" then calls her a whore when she says no

* Simpering patheticness: the man who alternates between behaving like a shameless wimpy beta beggar, and then a kicked puppy. As the sidebar says, he mistakes being pathetic and simpering for being nice.

Most of the posts you find here will feature men, but posts featuring women who fit the nice guy archetype are allowed. (Or gay men, or gay women, etc). Niceguyness transcends gender and sexuality.

This is a lighthearted subreddit for funny, cringey images, NOT a subreddit for showcasing misogyny or debating gender roles.


**Rules**

* Absolutely no personal information in submissions or comments. Do not try to dig up info on the people you see here or try to find their accounts on other websites. **When you post, blur out or blackout usernames and other personally identifying information**

* Subreddit names in titles/screenshots must be removed.
**Posts are often otherwise easily found and can lead to brigading**

* Anything that constitutes menacing someone, directing abuse at a person or group, following them around the site, encouraging others to do any of these actions, or otherwise behaving in a way that would discourage a reasonable person from participating on Reddit crosses the line and will be removed.
